Invoice Controller is responsible for the accurate preparation and processing of invoices related to engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, events, ensuring timely and contract-compliant billing for company's customers
- Verify completeness and accuracy of invoice data collected during engine events
- Handle and clarify invoice-related complaints
- Create invoices for insurance cases in coordination with damage analysis
- Clarify invoice parameters with relevant departments and make necessary corrections
- Prepare and support discussions involving Customer Service, Shop, and other stakeholders
- Perform post-event cost calculations, analyze deviations, and consult with revenue managers
- Assist PD Engine Accounting with monthly and annual financial statements by providing cost and revenue data
Flight privileges, Discounts / shopping, Hybrid working possible, Flexible working hours, Medical Insurance
- Degree in Economics, Business, or technical discipline from a recognized university or college
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English and Polish required;
- German is desirable
- Strong command of SAP and MS Office
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, especially IFRS
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp and develop complex concepts
- Proactively takes ownership of tasks and approaches work in a methodical, results-oriented manner
