As a part of B2B Servicing CH Team, your role is to provide support in the area of Travel Agency and Group Booking Support. Furthermore, you will become the right hand of the Team Leads and deep dive into Leadership experience.

  • Support the Team Lead in the disciplinary and functional leadership of the B2B Servicing CH team in BSL
  • Assist in the regular reporting and analysis tasks and further administrative duties
  • Actively monitors and identifies further improvement potential of the B2B servicing processes and acts as interface to the Global B2B Servicing Competence Center in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinates cross-team communication, meetings and workshops
  • Participation in various projects to ensure that the sales servicing needs are considered in all products and processes
  • Expand your aviation horizons and exchange with various departments (Sales, Marketing, B2C) in order to understand concepts, objectives and approaches of SWISS and LHG

  • Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Motivated by and interested in the aviation industry
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of personal initiative, fast perception and high motivation
  • Excellent interaction and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
