The Partner & Network Manager is responsible for:

  • Analyze partner cost developments and benchmark with market rates to ensure optimal levels without compromising quality
  • Ensure operational quality, incl. root cause analysis and preventive measures
  • Monitor partner & customer-perceived performance and exchange with BUs
  • Review partner invoices, identify incorrect charges, and ensure proper cost management
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization across the “purchase to pay” chain
  • Support strategic network development, contract management, and compliance
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to create innovative solutions
  • Maintain and develop strong partner relationships
  • Provide functional guidance to junior colleagues, interns, and trainees

You match our need, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5 years’ experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
  • Background in logistics / freight forwarding; ideally with procurement, quality management, or operations exposure
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intercultural competence and ability to influence in a matrix setup
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
  • Data-driven mindset and comfortable with business travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and preferably also German)
