We are responsible for the HR support of LH Airlines ground staff. Our interns are part of our team right from the start and have the opportunity to gain experience in various HR topics.

Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous: you will be part of the team right from the start, independently taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day business as well as in conceptual and strategic, cross-divisional HR topics.

  • You will gain an insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
  • You will play a key role in projects and will be actively involved in HR topics from the very first minute
  • You will support and shape the communication of our work (intranet, eBase, mailings, etc.)
  • You will get to know various fields of HR development and our Learning & Development offerings and support their further development

Our team of 8 HR consultants covers different areas of support and looks forward to welcoming you! During your internship, you will be supervised by a qualified psychologist, among others.

The internship is scheduled to start in December 2025 for 6 months and will be remunerated.

You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
