In this role, you will support the purchasing process to ensure timely delivery of aircraft materials and maintain smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Tasks
- Assist with purchasing activities to secure materials at the best possible conditions (prices, lead times)
- Perform active sourcing and placing purchase orders for aircraft materials
- Track, monitor and handle clarifications of created purchase orders
- Communication on daily basis with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare supplier master data records and upload pricing information in SAP

Requirements
- University degree (or last year student) in economics, supply chain and business logistics, business administration
- No prior experience required – recent graduates are welcome!
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills.
