The Operation Agent is responsible for:
- Plan and calculate aircraft load distribution per GOM regulations
- Optimize cargo onload by weight/volume, issue loadsheet & NOTOC, prepare flight/arrival documents, dispatch messages, and brief GHA on loading/unloading
- Maintain traffic reports and coordinate station activities/suppliers
- Inspect ULDs, ramp area, and equipment for safety/airworthiness
- Supervise/perform loading/unloading, secure loads, and ensure ramp/aircraft safety
- Monitor GHA performance, enforce safety/quality procedures, and report irregularities
- Support crew, assist with cargo handling, ULD control, warehouse tasks, and special cargo
- Supervise GHA operations, ensure compliance with LCAG standards, handle customer service, tracing, customs, and security procedures
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
The ideal Operation Agent should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- University Degree or equivalent higher education diploma
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience desirable
- Fluency in english is required
- Experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
- Computer skills as user
- Knowledge of local custom regulations
- Clean driving license
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must possess a legal work permit in South Korea
