The Team Lead Fulfilment, Closed Loop is responsible for:

  • Managing & coordinating product division components for the Asia Pacific region, including Customer Service, Account Management, & Supply-chain activities
  • Taking responsibility for the performance of component contracts with airline customers in APAC
  • Securing existing business, supporting new acquisitions, & ensuring alignment with internal departments 
  • Ensuring good business relationships with customer organizations & handling escalations & disputes
  • Leading, motivating, & developing a multidisciplinary team, including HR-related responsibilities such as hiring, training, & performance evaluation
  • Leading complex projects & managing special tasks
  • Working confidently in an international organization with cross-regional coordination

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in Sales or Customer Relations, ideally in aviation MRO or similar technical services.
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
  • Excellent intercultural awareness
  • Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude
  • Like working with people, solving problems, & developing yourself by being challenged 
  • Possess a strong character to drive business & customer relationships forwards
  • Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent & professional way
  • Able to travel to Germany & extensively within Asia

As a regional HQ, LTAP coordinates employees in several countries in the region working for multiple companies. The focus in Hong Kong is on Regional Management, Strategy Product Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Functions.
