The HR Officer is responsible for:

  • Process locally required procedures in a timely manner
  • Observe time related contractual agreements
  • Ensure compliance and accurate documentation of HR relevant documents
  • Handle locally required correspondence
  • Support within the recruitment process
  • Support expats in the country of assignment
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Issue correct and locally compliant HR documents
  • Ensure the compliant issuance of visa in a timely manner
  • Administration of Time and Attendance
  • Review payroll incidences

 

* All other duties as assigned or required

  • Bachelor's or equivalent preferably in the field of Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences or Business Administration desirable
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR
  • Advanced command of English, both written and spoken
  • MS Office as user
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent quality consciousness
  • Excellent independence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong delegation
  • Strong flexibility
  • Strong teamwork
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Willingness to travel
