Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Identify surplus airframe and airframe parts from airlines, maintenance facilities, leasing companies, and part brokers
  • Manage and negotiate airframe material and component packages for purchasing and sale
  • Maintain vendor and customer relations to sustain business relations  with existing business partners
  • Monitor regional USM market to develop new material sources and find new customer opportunities
  • Explore business opportunities and projects on USM material packages with vendors and customers; consider reciprocal business
  • Monitor progress of USM material projects and initiate corrective measures to ensure success
  • Financial responsibility for all assigned accounts
  • Support, cooperate, and communicate with internal and external customers and vendors

Requirements

You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree/vocational training desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • 1-2 years of experience in Aviation / Customer Service / Contract Management
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and/or Spanish language desirable
  • Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Accounting and Customer Service required
  • Expert knowledge in SAP
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and AvSight
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Strong adaptability
  • Excellent flexibility
