We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in Business Development who is eager to support our managers in exploring new business opportunities, driving strategic projects, and contributing to the development of innovative products.

  • Conducts research and assessments (Market research, SWOT Analysis, MPAs, etc.)
  • Performs & maintains Competitor Analysis
  • Supports with project management tasks
  • Supports with meetings preparation
  • Identifies opportunities through workshops, analysis, and research.
  • work closely with teams to collect and analyze data, develop reports, and provide recommendations

  • Ongoing studies (Master or MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Aviation or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, research tools, databases, etc.)
  • Interest in business development, strategy, and innovation topics
  • Independent, proactive, and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus, if relevant)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with senior colleagues
