- Oversee order placement and execution with production units, safeguarding delivery conditions & acting as the voice of the customer.
- Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team.
- Take responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results & analyze KPIs related to financial performance & delivery metrics.
- Develop & enhance customer contracts & supplier agreements (annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, contract amendments).
- Collect & analyze customer insights & host regular customer performance reviews.
- You are confident to work within a global team of Customer Service, Account & Sales manage on the point goal of customer satisfaction
- Take on special projects & initiatives that drive operational excellence & customer value.
The candidate should essentially fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering
- 3 years+ Experience in customer related roles
- Experience in Aviation MRO industry advantageous
- Exceptional service orientation and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid proficiency in the relevant IT systems used (MS Office/Teams, ERP Systems)
- Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities
- Diplomacy and negotiating
- Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
LTTS is a world class provider of aero engine component repair services to airlines and engine overhaul shops around the world. At LTTS, we specialise in the repair of aircraft engine components for both high pressure and low pressure turbine engines. LTTS is part of the EPAR (Engine Parts & Accessories Repair) network of Lufthansa Technik. The Company was founded in 1992 and we employ over 250 people in our state of the art facility in Shannon. All repairs are carried out in accordance with approvals of the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). LTTS is licensed by General Electric, Rolls-Royce and CFMI, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of aircraft engines, to carry out repairs in accordance with their engine shop manuals, making LTTS unique as one of a small number of companies outside of the engine manufacturers who are licensed to carry out repairs. Our expertise and focus is on the repair of high pressure turbine (HPT) shrouds, high and low pressure turbine Nozzle Guide Vanes (HPT & LPT NGVs) from the CFM56 series, CF6-80C2 and CF34 type engines.
