As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll help clients across aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and other industries make their business processes more efficient—using digital assistants, Agentic AI, RPA, and intelligent process automation.

  • Contribute to the analysis and design of end-to-end automation solutions, including identifying and assessing suitable processes.
  • Support implementation of automation workflows with RPA platforms (eg, UiPath, Power Automate) and Conversational AI technologies (eg, Cognigy).
  • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, ideation, and prioritization.
  • Assist with integrating automation solutions into existing system landscapes (APIs, databases, M365, ERP).
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms (eg, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) for deploying and integrating automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams using software engineering practices such as Git, REST APIs, modular code structure, and documentation.

  • Bachelor or Master in IT-related studies
  • 2+ years of experience in process analysis/modeling, software engineering, or AI.
  • Strong interest in IT consulting, across multiple industries (eg, aviation, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Basic knowledge of RPA (eg, UiPath or Power Automate) and interest in Conversational AI (eg, Cognigy).
  • Foundational understanding of generative AI (LLMs, prompting, RAG) and Agentic AI.
  • Solid software engineering skills (Git, REST APIs, code structure, documentation).
  • Strong communication skills in English. German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs.
