- Provide first-level IT support for internal users (HR, Procurement, Finance, Authorizations, Infrastructure)
- Working with SAP system and access administration (creating, modifying, and revoking authorizations)
- Handling technical queries via phone, e-mail, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshooting system/application issues and forwarding more complex cases to relevant teams
- Supporting users with system functionalities and service requests
- Maintaining and updating process documentation
- Building positive and professional relationships with users
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Qualifications
- Languages:
- German – min. B1
- English – min. B2
- Previous customer service or IT support experience would be an advantage
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Readiness to work under time pressure and in a shift-based model
