  • Provide first-level IT support for internal users (HR, Procurement, Finance, Authorizations, Infrastructure)
  • Working with SAP system and access administration (creating, modifying, and revoking authorizations)
  • Handling technical queries via phone, e-mail, and ticketing tools
  • Troubleshooting system/application issues and forwarding more complex cases to relevant teams
  • Supporting users with system functionalities and service requests
  • Maintaining and updating process documentation
  • Building positive and professional relationships with users

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Languages:
    • German – min. B1
    • English – min. B2
  • Previous customer service or IT support experience would be an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Readiness to work under time pressure and in a shift-based model
