Your main tasks include, among others:
- Processes invoices, progress billings for all companies
- Processes all intercompany invoices
- Performs reconciliations of intercompany accounts
- Enters cash receipts for all companies and notifies companies
- Clear checks in the system from banking reports
- Supports an accurate and timing month-end and year-end close
* Perform other duties as assigned by Director Finance and Accounting

If you want to be the next Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- At least 5 years of professional experience required
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge in Accounting / Finance required
- MS Office as user
