Tasks

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd level technical support and basic system troubleshooting across Windows and Unix systems.
  • Work with ticketing and ITSM systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, OTRS) to track and manage incidents.
  • Participate in system monitoring, reporting, and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate between different teams, including service owners, application operations, and business units.
  • Track and monitor active, inactive, or outdated log sources
  • Supporting root cause analysis to avoid similar log source impairments within the future.
  • Assist with escalations and patching processes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in SIEM systems and ticket management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with Splunk or similar SIEM tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux administration
  • Understanding of vulnerability scanning, IT-Security products (XDR), and email security concepts
  • Basic experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge in documentation platforms such as Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business English.
