Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Offering first-level/second-level support to our customers
  • Answering cases submitted to Swiss-AS via the AMOS online support tool
  • Communicating with customers directly via e-mail or phone
  • Interacting with other departments to resolve and clarify the customer case and determine the cause of the problem
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the case
  • Ensure follow-up on customer cases

 

* Participate in other duties as assigned by the manager

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • Work experience as an AMOS Administrator is an advantage
  • Experience with the AMOS Financial Management module or a strong background in financial processes is an advantage
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Be a team player, flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • You are a highly motivated individual capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and can interact with people from various technical backgrounds and cultures
  • You are an expert troubleshooter with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
  • Knowledge about the aviation industry and processes in aircraft maintenance
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
