• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Proficient in ALL following languages : English, French and Dutch
• Experienced in using daily Microsoft Office tools
Desired Skills and Qualities
• Ability to analyse complex schedules and foresee potential issues
• Make informed decisions to optimize crew resources and handle disruptions efficiently
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments and communicate changes to the crew effectively
• Ability to handle the pressures of real-time coordination and disruption management
• Able and willing to work in shifts and during weekends in the dynamic nature of the aviation industry and changing operational requirements - Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Crew Management Systems; knowledge of EASA ORO FTL
