- Act as the primary escalation point for SAP end users and provide basic SAP training
- Provide expert support to the Finance Department with FI/CO-specific requirements
- Monitor, report, and analyze performance and availability of SAP applications locally
- Collaborate closely with the SAP support team and other IM teams across the Lufthansa Technik network
- Participate in, support, or lead SAP-related projects and changes within the Lufthansa Technik network

- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technical, or Engineering field, or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules
- Advanced understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Experience in end-user support and ticketing system concepts
- Awareness of ITIL processes
- Excellent customer and service orientation
- Strong English language skills; German is an advantage
- High level of intercultural competence and ability to work in international teams
- Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
