  • Act as the primary escalation point for SAP end users and provide basic SAP training
  • Provide expert support to the Finance Department with FI/CO-specific requirements
  • Monitor, report, and analyze performance and availability of SAP applications locally
  • Collaborate closely with the SAP support team and other IM teams across the Lufthansa Technik network
  • Participate in, support, or lead SAP-related projects and changes within the Lufthansa Technik network

  • Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technical, or Engineering field, or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules
  • Advanced understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Experience in end-user support and ticketing system concepts
  • Awareness of ITIL processes
  • Excellent customer and service orientation
  • Strong English language skills; German is an advantage
  • High level of intercultural competence and ability to work in international teams
  • Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
