    The salary for this internship is EUR 1,448.41 - gross/month (38.5 h/week) in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

  • You support the development, implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
  • You support the definition of the target image and vision for the use of HR tools and the use of HR data
  • You support the creation of reports and analyses in order to make well-founded decisions based on HR data
  • You create and maintain documentation on existing HR processes to lay the foundations for digitalization
  • You work closely with HR colleagues and other departments
  • You work on the collection, cleansing and structuring of HR data to ensure better data quality
  • You work on low-code development projects (e.g. with MS Power Platform and MS 365) to automate HR processes
  • You support the evaluation of current HR systems and identify potential for improvement

  • You are currently enrolled at a university / university of applied sciences in areas such as business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or a comparable course of study
  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
  • You have a quick grasp and like to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • You have initial experience with low-code development (MS Power platform)
  • Basic knowledge or interest in SAP HR solutions complement your profile
  • You are a team player and enjoy working together to develop solutions
  • You are experienced in using MS Office applications and have advanced Excel skills
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, reliability and initiative
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
