We are responsible for the HR support of LH Airlines ground staff. Our interns are part of our team right from the start and have the opportunity to gain experience in various HR topics.

Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous. You will get to know different groups of employees and provide independent support in day-to-day operations as well as in the conceptual and strategic areas of various HR products:

  • You will gain an insight into all relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
  • You will provide us with significant support in projects and will be actively involved in HR topics from the very first minute
  • You will get to know various fields of HR development and our Learning & Development offerings and support their further development
  • You will support and shape the communication of our work (intranet, eBase, mailings, etc.)

The internship is scheduled to start in October 2025 and will last 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Good communication and expression skills
  • Initiative, motivation and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Broad interest in HR topics
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Confident appearance
