Salary
The salary is paid in accordance with the pay scale and is approx. 1,400€/ gross per month for 18 hours per week.
As a working student, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You analyze requirements from training operations and derive technical solution proposals to support training personnel
- You develop new training formats and introduce and evaluate new products and training formats
- You support the conception and further development of virtual reality and augmented reality in training systems
- You support preparations for management meetings, organize workshops and reviews, document work results and create reports
- You support the planning, organization and implementation of projects
- You create and track project plans and milestones and monitor tasks, progress and project deadlines

You should meet the following requirements for your new role as a working student:
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, education, instructional design, educational science, media informatics, media technology or a similar subject area
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and have a basic knowledge of English
- You have clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- You are a strong communicator, curious and willing to learn
- You work responsibly, carefully and in a structured manner
- You are reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of project management is desirable
