These responsible and varied tasks await you:

 

  • Regular updating, content definition and prioritization of requirements (business requirements) for crew management processes
  • Defining target processes in crew management systems, continuously improving and optimizing the processes with regard to complexity reduction as well as benchmarking within the Lufthansa Group and the industry standard
  • Defining acceptance criteria for service acceptance from the supplier
  • Cooperation with the German Federal Aviation Authority, EASA and other domestic and foreign authorities in all areas relevant to flight operations, including correspondence
  • Supporting crew planning in daily requirements
  • Participation in projects and, if necessary, management of projects for the further development of crew management

Ideally, you have the following qualifications:

  • A completed university degree relevant to the position or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through relevant training and professional experience
  • Professional experience in crew planning, schedule management, or crew control
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly understand and evaluate economic relationships
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with a structured and independent approach to work
  • Confident demeanor, decision-making capability, and the ability to influence and persuade others
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to collaboration and fostering a positive work environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both German and English
