

Talent Acquisition Partner (Maintenance & Engineering)
You will be responsible for the follow-up, coordination and execution of the talent acquisition process with the purpose of adding to the performance of Brussels Airlines by hiring the right, competent employees. You will be working closely with both the hiring managers & job applicants for positions posted on our recruitment channels.

Main tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinates recruitment and selection with hiring managers to ensure the right candidates are chosen.
- Designs and implements effective recruitment procedures, considering available time and resources.
- Organizes and executes recruitment campaigns, sometimes with external partners, to build a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Conducts tests and interviews to assess technical skills, abilities, and potential, and provides recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintains and updates the candidate database and recruitment statistics to inform management.
- Acts as an internal specialist for recruitment and stays up to date with labor market trends.

- Bachelor or Master degree, Psychology degree is an asset;
- Proven experience in recruitment & selection;
- Experience in a blue collar environment is preferred;
- Well-organized;
- Sound judgement;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must;
- Knowledge of assessment techniques;
- Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
