In the Technical Fleet Management digital projects team, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that manages change management. Here you will be involved in facilitating cultural change in the digital transformation with target group-specific offers for all colleagues.

Within this setting, you will develop appealing communication products on all aspects of digital transformation in aircraft maintenance, such as

  • Posts for our social media channels
  • Photos / videos / texts about success stories
  • News articles on project progress
  • Infographics to illustrate complex processes in an understandable way
  • Survey design and implementation
  • Dialog formats for the different target groups
  • Preparation of your research results on new technologies

You will also help organize workshops and create materials and documentation of work content.

We are looking for a creative, communicative person from any field of study who enjoys working with people and meets the following requirements:

  • At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program
  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Work permit
  • Interest in change management for digital transformation and a basic understanding of change management methods
  • Experience with digital communication and social media
  • Confident with graphic and audiovisual tools
  • Communication languages German (fluent) and English (advanced)
  • Communicating complex topics in an understandable and clear way
  • Proactivity, organizational skills, ability to work independently, empathy and appreciation of collaboration
