For the business segment "Aircraft Maintenance Services" of Lufthansa Technik AG we are looking for you as an intern in the area of Digital Transformation & Business Excellence.

  • Support in the introduction, further development and implementation of business excellence initiatives
  • Assumption of PMO activities in the projects
  • Designing and moderating workshops and training sessions
  • Selecting the required methods and tools (methods, project management), adapting and developing them if necessary
  • Supporting communication within the scope of project activities
  • Creating documentation and presentations for events on the topic of business excellence in coordination with the team
  • Carrying out special tasks

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in the third semester of your studies at the time of the internship, preferably in a technical or economic field.

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Knowledge in the areas of process management, transformation, lean methods, quality management is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
  • Very good IT skills (especially Microsoft Office in full)
