As the Manager Transformation ACS Americas, you will perform the following duties:
- Promoting a participative and motivating company culture
- Promote clear communication and transparency: Creating transparency around organizational events and news by selecting the right formats is key to fostering alignment toward achieving our strategic goals
- Accompanying change projects: As the designated Transformation Manager for the organization, the role supports leaders in introducing and guiding change initiative across specific areas or the entire company
- Shaping ways of working and digital literacy:Drive the evolution of organizational practices by designing, implementing, and scaling leadership and efficiency concepts—such as agile transformation fueled by the collaboration mindset

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or another related field required
- Master’s degree required
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a change management, communications or Marketing role required
- Prior experience in leading teams is preferred
- Experience in change management and a strong passion for digital literacy
- Fluency in English language required
- MS Office Suite including Teams as user
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strategic thinker with creative ideas
- An open-minded and very empathetic individual that is able to view matters from different perspectives
- Strong ability to work in a very diverse workforce in a German-rooted company in the United States
- Willingness to travel
- Manage high stress levels
