Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Performs routine maintenance with valid MM1-INT authorization
  • Follows technical documentation and IQMOVE in line with EASA regulations
  • Completes maintenance tasks per Practical Logbook and assigned instructions
  • Complies with documentation requirements, including staff records
  • Executes duties delegated by the Technical Manager
  • Oversees technical and operational tasks at the station
  • Coordinates technical handling and flight support during shift
  • Provides guidance, induction, and instruction to subordinate staff

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Completed training in an aviation-related technical profession, or
  • Related field qualifying for MM1-INT authorization credits
  • For overseas stations: min. 2 years of aviation college, aeronautical degree, or equivalent military service certificate
  • Completed MM1-INT Practical Logbook and “LHT Company Procedures” training
  • Passed MM1-INT workplace assessment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Structured, self-driven, and responsible work style
  • Fit for shift work; able to handle physical and mental demands
  • Strong communication, assertiveness, and leadership skills
  • Team-oriented and motivational
  • Valid driver’s license & passport
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must have legal U.S. work authorization
