Your main tasks include, among others:
- Performs routine maintenance with valid MM1-INT authorization
- Follows technical documentation and IQMOVE in line with EASA regulations
- Completes maintenance tasks per Practical Logbook and assigned instructions
- Complies with documentation requirements, including staff records
- Executes duties delegated by the Technical Manager
- Oversees technical and operational tasks at the station
- Coordinates technical handling and flight support during shift
- Provides guidance, induction, and instruction to subordinate staff

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Completed training in an aviation-related technical profession, or
- Related field qualifying for MM1-INT authorization credits
- For overseas stations: min. 2 years of aviation college, aeronautical degree, or equivalent military service certificate
- Completed MM1-INT Practical Logbook and “LHT Company Procedures” training
- Passed MM1-INT workplace assessment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Basic MS Office skills
- Structured, self-driven, and responsible work style
- Fit for shift work; able to handle physical and mental demands
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and leadership skills
- Team-oriented and motivational
- Valid driver’s license & passport
- Able to work under pressure
- Must have legal U.S. work authorization
