Our focus is to maintain the airworthiness safety & reliability of our aircraft systems & components inline with type certificate & regulatory requirements. We continuously improve our product & processes with cost saving initiatives to help support our service in a complex & demanding environment.
- Ensures compliance of Maintenance Program with continuing airworthiness requirements issued by Type Certificate Holders and Airworthiness Authorities
- Assesses and/or defines maintenance requirements and instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA), monitors their implementation and triggers adequate corrective actions in case of deviation
- Reviews at least annually the maintenance program for effectiveness and initiates program adaptations
- Provides maintenance standards and procedures in close cooperation with maintenance and quality department
- Liaises with Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors on technical issues
- Supports technical investigations and reporting in the frame of the Safety Management System (SMS)

- Higher educational degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master) in Aerospace / ECE / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in EASA Continuing Airworthiness regulations
- Experience or internship in the field of Aircraft Maintenance is a plus
- AMOS Maintenance Information Systems familiarity is a plus
- Strong analytical skills paired with solution- and aim-oriented thinking and acting
- Flexible, self-organized, proactive and capable to work under time pressure
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
