The Onsite Customer Services Manager is responsible for:

  • Execute and coordinate business operations at item level; provide onsite consulting in material and customer management
  • Handle all customer interactions related to daily MRO operations at the customer’s office
  • Manage customer relationships in the region and foster strong business partnerships
  • Ensure MRO services meet contractual scope; interpret contractual language accurately
  • Collaborate with internal LHT teams (engineering, logistics, workshop, supply chain, etc.)
  • Identify revenue opportunities and drive cross-/up-selling within scope
  • Handle customer complaints; ensure proper feedback via LHT’s Quality System
  • Prepare and lead performance dialogues using reports and KPIs

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in customer relations, ideally in technical customer service, sales, or material management within aviation MRO
  • Excellent spoken & written English required
  • Knowledge of Japanese or German is a plus
  • Strong intercultural skills & solid understanding of Asian cultures
  • Excellent customer service abilities & relationship-building mindset
  • Enjoy working with people, solving challenges, & growing through daily tasks
  • Self-motivated to adapt to & resolve complex business challenges
  • Willingness to travel to Germany & within Asia
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Japan
