What You'll Do:
- Oversee end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and facility operations
- Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA Part 145 and customs regulations
- Develop, implement and track process improvements
- Perform regular data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage budgets, audits, and export control activities
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead and develop the logistics team
- Ensure accurate customs declarations
- Identify training needs and support staff development
- Handle regulatory queries and review purchasing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience with 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and facility management roles, preferably within the aviation industry or a regulated environment
- Trainings in local customs compliance, import/export regulations, and aviation-specific requirements under Part 145
- Experience with aviation MRO logistics and high-value parts control
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and compliance
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
