Internship Project Work and Digitization in Materials Management

You have the opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas. You can demonstrate this in the following fields of activity, for example:

  • Conceptual project work: development of solution approaches and further development of process standards, logistics concepts or material strategies for line supply. Focus: Digitalization and innovative approaches
  • Project planning and coordination: planning, coordination and implementation of smaller projects and optimization measures, especially in the context of digital transformation
  • Material strategy development: Support in the development and implementation of sustainable material strategies that optimize the material flow and reduce costs

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

 

It would be nice if you can identify very well with some of the points below:

  • An advanced (BA or MA degree) in business, logistics or supply chain
  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (certificate of enrollment and a mandatory internship certificate must be enclosed) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Initial experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain or digitization through internships or similar activities is desirable
  • Ideally initial knowledge of process & project management and/or improvement methods, such as lean management
  • Experienced in the preparation of decision bases
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking are your strengths
