As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure smooth operational support by processing, documenting, and monitoring the administrative handling of aircraft components, tools, and engine parts.

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

  • Act as the main contact for customer, logistics, and workshop inquiries
  • Interface with Lufthansa Technik and business partners
  • Create cost estimates and manage customer approvals
  • Resolve claims and discrepancies proactively
  • Handle commercial processing and contract execution efficiently
  • Support and monitor performance level reporting
  • Ensure contract compliance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Implement customer-specific customizations and update contracts
  • Monitor orders to ensure compliance with agreed rates/services
  • Coordinate and track logistics shipments
  • Use SAP and other systems for daily operations

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will manage customer inquiries, support logistics, and ensure efficient operations while providing excellent service.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service (aviation is a plus)
  • Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
  • Degree in industrial engineering, economics, or similar
  • Strong logistics knowledge and business
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Able to manage complexity and work in teams
  • Willing to work in Germany and abroad
