As a Java Developer (all genders), you will lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using the latest tech stack. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our products, from concept to deployment and beyond, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance, scalability and reliability.

What do we offer?
  • Employment contract & salary in the range of 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross for standard level; 10 000 - 21 000 zł gross for senior level
  • Flexible working time. Possibility of starting your workday between 07:00 and 11:00

You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, a background in microservice architecture, and meet the following requirements:

  • Experience with working with distributed message broker and distributed event streaming platform
  •  Experience in working in DevOps & CI/CD
  • Knowledge of RESTful services
  • Practical knowledge of design patterns and good practices of coding
  • Expertise in software quality assurance
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish & English language
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk
  • Ability to take full ownership of a product’s lifecycle, from development to production
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Confidently propose new ideas and improvements, backed by data and research,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
