Your tasks as a Testcell Engineer may include, among others:
- Planning, coordinating, procuring, maintaining and optimizing systems and system components, in particular for data acquisition and measurement technology of the test benches
- Plan and implement maintenance and servicing work, ensure the availability of systems and equipment and carry out engine-specific software adaptations
- Advise specialist departments and external customers on test bench-related topics
- Managing projects across departments
- Evaluate external services technically and economically, select suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing
- Perform risk management for trouble-free test bench operation

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Completed University of Applied Sciences degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or electrical engineering or equivalent skills and knowledge required
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the operation of an engine test bench required
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Good knowledge of internal processes and interrelationships in the field of maintenance management and equipment engineering as well as data network technology required
- IT skills (e.g. SAP, Famos, Microsoft office, C-Calc, Cyres) as expert
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Lift up to 70 lbs
