  • Completed technical education, Part-66 AML or equivalent background in CAMO or Part-145 
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or engineering or aviation quality management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch / French is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of management system principles and specific technical skills:
    • Safety Management System;
    • Compliance Monitoring System;
    • EASA Regulations / IOSA standards relevant to Maintenance & Engineering;
    • Auditing techniques;
    • Investigation & interview techniques;
    • Gen. Fam. course (Level 1) on a A32F / A330.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High integrity, discretion,
  • Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
  • Willing to travel (maximum 20% of the time) to audit external MROs.
