- Detailed evaluation and definition of work package(s)
- Definition of required Maintenance data
- Checking Production capabilities
- Clarifications of technical/work pack issues with the customer
- Preparing Load and Capacity Plans
- Preparing Milestone plans
- Setting man-hours and jobcards (JCs) closure targets
- Daily review of aircraft maintenance execution in comparison to provided targets to address deviations
- Preparing post-layover reporting for the customer
- Historic planning analyzes and performance evaluations
- Interpret Customer & OEM technical documentation
- Support Best Practices and Continuous Improvements in the area of Planning/jobcards.

- University degree in aircraft engineering or relevant job experience
- Experience in planning/performance of aircraft base maintenance
- Good knowledge of aircraft documentation
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical skills, methodical and well organized
- Good PC skills – Microsoft Office applications and SAP
