- Define requirements & oversee setup of temporary hangars; ensure safety & regulatory compliance (BCAA, EASA, BAC)
- Support procurement & contract negotiations
- Lead future hangar project: scope, feasibility, permits, design input, construction monitoring
- Align with safety, quality & budget standards
- Develop external partnerships for Line Maintenance; manage tenders & supplier selection
- Coordinate CAMO & Network/OCC for operational launch
- Ensure technical & cost control; validate assumptions, analyze costs, monitor budget
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders; ensure smooth operations & clear communication
- Contribute to project management & continuous improvement across M&E initiatives

- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience in aviation/MRO
- Proven experience managing aviation infrastructure projects and/or outsourcing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of P145 maintenance requirements and EASA/BCAA regulations
- Excellent project planning, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial acumen: cost analysis, budgeting, and contract negotiation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AMOS knowledge is a plus
- Experience working with airport authorities and regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with CAMO oversight and line maintenance operations
- Background in managing temporary facilities or large-scale construction projects
