The Finance Specialist activities involves, among others:

  • Support in the preparation of financial statements and related documents
  • Uphold necessary office/asset inventory to fulfill statutory requirements for assets/inventory
  • Prepare data for tax declarations or support in the declaration thereof, check discrepancies in relevant internal accounting systems
  • Support in tax audits / surveys by local authorities, collection and compilation of data subject for auditing
  • Support GSDC for escalated payment related issues and other vendor queries
  • Handle team mailbox and mail distribution to concerned colleagues within GS/IA
  • Upload entries for tax and other local payments, clarify unclaimed payments, support in the account reconciliation
  • Screen general financial requests and distribute according to responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of international tax laws and treaties
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex tax laws and financial principles
