The Internship Key Account Management Team APAC is responsible for:

Manage reports

  • Handle various reports, from routine updates to on-demand requests, using Lufthansa Cargo’s in-house tools. Apply a critical eye to improve report designs and optimize process flows for maximum efficiency

Support Sales Channels

  • Assist in data mining, trend analysis, and identifying key insights to enhance our electronic sales channels

Ad-Hoc Tasks

  • Take on exciting projects aligned with the needs of the Key Account team, gaining exposure to all facets of customer support and contract management

  • Resourceful, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. (VBA skills a plus!)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
