- Be responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance concepts for the Brussels Airlines fleet by working together with Engineering to evaluate maintenance programs, assess feasibility and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.- Monitor and analyse maintenance forecasts to maintain accurate records and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all maintenance tasks are effectively planned and executed, addressing any potential challenges proactively to ensure seamless operations.
- Be responsible for developing and managing long-term schedules for maintenance activities anticipating future needs and adjusting plans accordingly to ensure alignment with both operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- University degree (Bachelor’s) in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance programs and Part-CAMO requirements and maintenance scheduling principles
- Excellent communicator and a collaborative team player
- Creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to challenges.
- Proficient in English (verbal & written); Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively; adaptable and stress resistant.
- Proficient in maintenance management systems, particularly AMOS & Netline++, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong technical background in aviation with a minimum of 5 years of experience and proven experience in maintenance planning.
