

Hydraulics Preperator
The Hydraulics Preperator will be responsible for assisting the Hydraulics Team by Cleaning & Identifying Hydraulic assemblies & components, pipes & hoses and creating preliminary paperwork in accordance with schedule and priorities. They will also support the development of new production processes required to maintain the company’s competitive position.

The key responsibilities and duties of the Hydraulics Preperator include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and prepare hydraulic assemblies, components, pipes, and hoses for disposition
- Clean incoming hydraulic items and disassemble small parts; remove local paint post-disassembly
- Create initial SAP paperwork for hydraulic components
- Support documentation updates and liaise with internal customers on improvements
- Collaborate with the disposition team to meet deadlines and ensure effective workflow
- Prepare and group parts per company documents for inspection, ensuring cleanliness and inspectability
- Follow production priorities set by Production Control and coordinate with other departments
- Promote and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and avoid actions that could negatively impact operations
- Understand and follow environmental responsibilities
- Maintain a Practical Experience Record (PER) book
- Provide training within your area of expertise when required
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
Experience and Knowledge
- Experience within an Aerospace Engineering or equivalent Environment preferred but not essential
- Previous knowledge and experience of having worked with Hydraulics components preferred but not essential
- Previous knowledge of Boeing manuals preferred but not essential
