We’re looking for an IT Product Manager to support and further develop key non-SAP HR applications, all essential tools in the Lufthansa Group’s recruitment and diagnostics process.

- Managing and supporting HR-related applications (SAP and non-SAP), ensuring smooth daily operations
- Acting as the 3rd level support for application issues, including Help Desk ticket coordination
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve incidents and implement solutions
- Monitoring system interfaces and processes to ensure performance, integrity, and stability
- Collecting business and technical requirements and designing tailored solutions
- Coordinating service providers and managing SLAs
- Ensuring secure and appropriate permissions handling
- Building and delivering custom or scheduled reports based on business needs
- Leading the conceptual design and implementation of new applications
- Driving automation and digitization in HR IT processes
- Taking ownership of provider management and major incident handling
- Overseeing release updates and testing of HR systems
- Acting as a technical lead in IT projects impacting your product area

Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years in IT system/application support
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of HR processes
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems and service operations
- Analytical thinking, customer focus, and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment
- Strong time management and a structured approach to work
Nice to have
- Experience in provider/service management and change management processes
- Experience in managing business-critical IT systems and translating business needs into functional solutions
- Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors
- German language skills
