We are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced Engine Mechanic - Chemical Cleaning and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) to join our maintenance team.This role is essential to ensuring the safety, performance, and compliance of critical engine parts.
Responsibilities and Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Operating fully automatic and semi-automatic cleaning systems
- Preparing and performing the NDT procedure PT (penetrant inspection)
- Etching of aircraft and engine components for PT
- Manual cleaning of aircraft and engine components
- Assembling cleaning batches
- Supporting the continuous improvement of processes
- Structure, plan, and schedule complex work and technical processes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflow
- Maintain documentation of work completed using relevant software

We are seeking an Engine Mechanic – Chemical Cleaning and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) to join our team. This role involves performing critical maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure engine safety and reliability.
- Vocational training in a metalworking profession, e.g. automotive mechanic (and or technician), aircraft mechanic, materials tester, plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, plumber,locksmith,construction mechanic,toolmaker, metalworker + electroplater
- Experience in the aviation industry or in maintenance companies is desirable
- Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese skills
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc)
- Ability to structure,schedule, and plan complex work processes and technical issues
- Experience in leading and guiding employees is an advantage
