In the position as Aviation Associate Consultant, you will work in international consultancy projects.

You will participate in international aviation projects, leading or supporting workstreams under the guidance of a Consultant. This entails creating tailored consultancy solutions, tools and methods. These projects may be market potential analysis, air traffic forecast models or route studies.
You will
- work on consulting projects with our customers (airlines, airports, ...)
- assume an active role in internal knowledge transfer and knowledge management by finalization of project documentation, preparation of lessons learned and case studies, filing according to Lufthansa Consulting standards
- support proposal preparation in coordination with the Americas Market Leader and participate in sales pitches
- participate in company-wide tasks (e.g. introducing and training new employees, optimizing internal processes, participating in internal projects and working groups)
- assist in the management of administrative tasks for our Brazilian Company

Your university degree (BA, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or similar degrees) as well as your practical experience in Project Managment form a solid foundation on which you have built your skills and knowledge in consulting.
In addition, we would like you to have
- Strong project management experience and strong background in consultancy advise (at least 2 years of professional experience)
- Strong analytical skills, structured and pragmatic approach and ability of abstract thinking
- Experience and strong interest in aviation is of advantage
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools
- Good insight into airline and airport business. Familiarity with big data analytics and machine learning, especially in Market Potential Analysis, is a significant plus
- Broad work experience abroad is an advantage, enthusiasm and ability for intensive business travel worldwide
- Very good communication skills, business fluency in Portuguese and English, knowledge of another language (e.g. German and, Spanish) is an advantage
- Brazilian citizenship is mandatory and not negotiable
