As the Product Sales / Key Account Manager, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Lead sales projects including contract negotiations in cooperation with the respective unit in the region
- Develop innovative offers and business plans for sales projects including concept, pricing and risk assessment based on cost calculations and target margins
- Analyze and forecast customer demand including upselling potential. Manage key accounts and develop campaigns and offers
- Conduct customer visits to build lasting, reliable and resilient relationships
- Provide analysis, steering and optimization of the assigned customer accounts including monitoring contract fulfillment
- Ensure smooth transition from acquisition phase to contract fulfillment phase and further to after sales phase including necessary information flows and documentation

To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or foreign equivalent) required
- Minimum of 2 years of of related experience in the aircraft MRO industry required, including experience with sales management, contact negotiations, customer relationship development, and key account management
- Fluency in English language required
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
