Responsible for shaping the qualification framework & ensuring the continuous competence of our CAMO staff. By developing, implementing, & managing our qualification concept, you will directly contribute to maintaining the highest safety & compliance standards across our airworthiness operations.
- Define and develop qualification and competency assessment standards,
- Support the performance of competency assessments,
- Perform Training Administration for the CAMO,
- Review qualifications and perform gap analysis for new staff,
- Support the onboarding of new staff,
- Act as interface to the Swiss TechOps Training Department,
- Manage CAMO Staff Training & Qualification Records,
- Act as interface to the Safety Management System (SMS) on Qualification Matters,
- Develop and maintain Training and Qualification SPIs / KPIs,
- Act as single point of contact for the CAMO on training matters,
- Support or drive other relevant topics as required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual for maintaining and further developing the CAMO qualification management. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external departments to ensure that the CAMO fulfils qualification requirement standards for its staff.
- Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or apprenticeship and HF-Degree in the aviation industry or appropriate education in Training Management
- At least 3 years of experience in continuing airworthiness and/or training management
- Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, in particular Part-CAMO, is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making mindset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity, loyalty and spirit of initiative
- Good spoken & written English skills. German is of advantage
- Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite applications
- Training Management System knowledge – CIMOIO is an advantage
- Conflict management skills
- Self-Management skills (workload and capacity planning)
