  • Responsible for gathering requirements, maintaining the backlog and coordinating stakeholder inputs across business units within the OPSD project
  • Ensuring cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve operational decision-making tools
  • Supervising the profitability of the project by monitoring cloud costs of the feature team
  • Formulates new features & epics, defines business values, writes acceptance criteria and prioritizes features together with the Product Owner
  • Ensures the delivery of the agreed project objective while adhering to budget constraints and quality requirements
  • Proactive involvement in product development together with the Product Owner to ensure high quality, scalable solutions and presenting and explaining them to the feature team

  • Master's or University degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience in the airline industry for the last 5 years.
  • Agile project management experience & strong skills in SCRUM & KANBAN
  • Strong analytical skills especially regarding data-based decision support (cloud/Ops context)
  • Excellent communication skills and adept in solving conflicts pro-actively
  • Data-driven prediction/decision-making expertise and cross-departmental thinking and acting
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Experience working within Aviation Operations would be an advantage
