The Manager - Customer Service and Account Management is responsible for:

  • Ensure optimal commercial performance as per the business plan along with maintaining the required operational performance KPI as agreed in the contract
  • Complete responsibility for the P&L of the customer contracts. Lead the Key Account team towards developing corrective actions for contracts whose performance are not as per plan
  • Responsible for leading and guiding the customer service team pertaining to the day-to-day operations
  • Secure existing business, competitiveness and support acquisition of new business
  • Ensure good business relationship with customer’s organization and handle customer escalations and disputes
  • Ensure training requirements of the team are addressed
  • Lead complex and large projects and manage special tasks

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Business Administration or Engineering)
  • MBA with strong academic records is desirable
  • Excellent spoken & written English skills
  • Preferably 10 years of experience, out of which 5 years of relevant professional experience is within the Airline/MRO/Aviation Industry
  • Candidate with prior leadership experience in a related industry required
  • Resilient, with strong problem identification & solving skills & a good sense of judgment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership & drive for improvement
  • Outstanding knowledge of business principles & relationship management
  • Knowledge specific to the aircraft component business
  • Distinct decision-making skills, dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset & able to carry responsibility
  • Must possess a legal work permit in India
