You will lead the harmonisation of 20+ core business processes across Lufthansa Cargo and Swiss WorldCargo, working closely with IT, business units, and leadership to ensure harmonized and future-ready operations.

  • Lead the end-to-end alignment, harmonization, and optimization of 20+core business processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure process consistency, quality, and alignment with strategic and IT goals
  • Drive harmonisation efforts in sync with CBP design and digital development streams
  • Support change management by aligning processes with transformation objectives
  • Monitor process maturity, performance, and compliance across both organizations

  • Experience in logistics, aviation, or process-driven industries is a plus
