Within Innovation Management, you will assess market trends, identify improvement areas, and develop innovative solutions to enhance crew planning processes - aligning initiatives across key interfaces and leading cross-functional projects for system and process optimization.
- Identify and pursue innovation opportunities across all crew planning domains, with a focus on improving planning outcomes, process efficiency, and system performance.
- Continuously evaluate market and technology trends, as well as crew satisfaction needs, to identify opportunities for enhancing existing planning tools (Jeppesen) or introducing potential new tools.
- Develop and test conceptual solutions, determining the best implementation approach for proven concepts.
- Oversee the implementation of validated concepts, acting as PMO for cross-functional process and system initiatives to ensure structured execution, integration, and measurable impact.
- Act as a strategic interface between crew management and IT, translating planning needs and crew needs into smart, tech-enabled solutions.

- Master’s degree in business administration, IT, operations research, or equivalent.
- Experience in innovation management, process optimization, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in workforce planning, aviation operations, or system design.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
